  • Onyx is a cash-pay, out-of-network practice. We do not bill your insurance.

    We believe that our clients deserve high-touch, one-one-one service that is not limited by typical insurance constraints. We provide our clients with more support and resources than the typical physical therapy experience.

    We provide invoices for all visits that may be used to seek out-of-network reimbursement depending on your specific insurance plan.

    Initial Assessments | $249

    We offer packages and memberships which provide access to lower rates.

  • We can treat you for 2 weeks without a prescription for physical therapy.

    After 2 weeks, Texas law requires a referral from a physician, nurse practitioner, PA, or chiropractor to continue physical therapy.

    If you have a primary care provider, we will work with them to obtain a referral. If you do not have a primary care provider, we will help you find one to get a referral quickly and affordably.

    If you are asymptomatic and are receiving health and wellness or sports performance services, then you do not need a prescription for physical therapy.

  • Online coaching is fully customized and delivered via Everfit, where you’ll receive your training plan, track progress, upload videos, and get feedback from me. We also have weekly check-ins to ensure adjustments are made as needed.

  • Yes. Group Coaching is delivered via TrainHeroic mobile app. This program is less-individualized and built as more of a general strength and conditioning program.

  • I use [Everfit (for 1-on-1 clients) and TrainHeroic (for group coaching)], where all your workouts, check-ins, and feedback will be managed.

  • I review your progress and adjust your plan weekly based on check-ins, video analysis, and training performance to keep you progressing efficiently.

  • Yes! You can upload videos directly in the app, and I’ll provide detailed technique breakdowns and corrections to optimize your performance.

  • No problem! I modify your program based on your gym setup, available equipment, and training environment so you can train effectively anywhere.

  • You’ll log all workouts in the app and complete a weekly check-in form, allowing me to review progress and make necessary adjustments.

  • You’ll have direct access to me via the app, with weekly feedback and check-ins. 1-on-1 coaching clients also get monthly coaching calls for deeper discussions.

  • I recommend a minimum 3-month commitment to see real progress, but you can stay as long as you want.

  • I don’t offer free trials, but I do provide a money-back guarantee within the first 14 days if you’re not satisfied.

  • Yes! Many of my athletes train in-person when possible while using online coaching to stay on track between sessions.

  • I require at least 24-hour notice for rescheduling; otherwise, the session will be forfeited with full charge.

  • Unlike standard PT, my approach integrates performance training, strength coaching, and return-to-sport progressions—not just rehab exercises.

  • Absolutely! I work with high-performing athletes and active individuals to reduce injury risks and optimize training longevity.

  • No, I operate on a cash-based model, which allows for higher-quality, personalized care without insurance restrictions. You may still use your insurance benefits by submitting your invoices to your insurance to request reimbursement based on your Out-of-Network Benefits.

  • If you’re dealing with pain or an injury that limits training, PT is the best route.

    If you’re healthy but want to get stronger, faster, or more durable, performance coaching is the way to go.

  • Yes! I provide objective performance testing and phased return-to-sport programming to ensure a safe transition back to competition.

  • Generally, a 6-12 month phased approach covering:

    • Strength & power restoration

    • Reactive agility & sport-specific drills

    • Return-to-competition prep
